We dispatch products from Monday to Friday, usually on the same day or the day after the order is placed. Shipping within Germany usually takes 3-7 days (depending on how fast the DHL driver is travelling).

Yes. There is the option to pick up products directly from us in Borken. To do this, please click on the shipping option: Local pickup, then we will contact you to arrange a pickup date

Prepayment/invoice, PayPal, credit card (Stripe), Giropay (online bank transfer), eps (Austrian equivalent to Giropay), iDEAL (instant bank transfer).

If you would like to redeem a voucher or discount code, simply follow the steps below:
- Select the desired item and add it to your shopping basket.
- Click on "My shopping basket" and enter the voucher/discount code.
- Go to the checkout and complete the order process.
A maximum of one voucher/discount code can be redeemed per order.
